OXP Privacy Policy

Effective 5 September 2026. Applies to the OXP iOS app, an unofficial companion for Odoo Experience.

What OXP stores

OXP includes an agenda and downloads updated public agenda files when an internet connection is available. The latest working copy is stored on your device for offline use. No account is required.

• Talks you save and reminder preferences stay on your iPhone or iPad.
• Optional local notifications fire only for talks you save.
• If you tap the campus map’s location control, iOS may show your position on the Brussels Expo map. That location stays on your device.

Agenda updates

Agenda files are delivered through Cloudflare. Like other web requests, these downloads expose technical connection information, such as your IP address, to the hosting provider. Saved talks, reminder preferences, and your location are not included in agenda requests.

What OXP does not collect

OXP does not sell personal information, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not use analytics SDKs.
